Metal Church! Craig Wells, me, Mike Howe. 1989, Blessing in Disguise Tour @ The Boathouse, Norfolk, VA. Fun bunch of dudes. Man, I was 19. Simpler times for sure.

Cool picture. I remember buying Blessing in disguise the day it came out on cassette. I loved it, but I know a number of people who didn’t. Did you see them with WASP and the Udo-less Accept?

They had Meliah Rage opening for them on this leg of the tour.

I liked Meliah Rage’s early stuff. I think those two were paired up on some tours in recent years too.

Kill To Survive was really good but I didn’t care for anything after that one. they were great live.

COOL Pic!
You looked like one psyched out dude there! Heck, I would be too.
The only time I saw Metal Church was when they opened up for Metallica, right around the time Master Of Puppets was released, (give or take a few months).
I remember reading your past post on your hanging out with Metal Church too…
